WOMEN’S GROUP

It is my privilege to work with women of varying ages as we support each other in small art therapy groups. Groups run for 5 consecutive weeks and will focus on self-care including boundary settings, self-compassion, self-regulation and will include both art therapy and body-based skills for maintaining calm and reducing stress.

As a Trauma-Informed Creative Arts Therapist, my approach is experiential. After participating in an art experiential, we can process what has emerged in the safety of a confidential group.

Groups are limited to 6 people and are non-competitive.

Each member of the group will receive an Intake form to make sure the group will be a safe and supportive place for all. Art supplies will be provided.

Additionally, you are encouraged to keep your own art journal to doodle, write or reflect on your own process throughout the four week cycle.

Cycle 1: Fridays from 5:30pm-7pm
